Short Description:

Stainless steel sintered felt is made of extremely fine metal fiber (diameter accurate to micrometer) by non-woven laying, lamination and high-temperature sintering. The stainless steel sintered felt has different pore gradients formed by different pore size layers, which can control the high filtration precision and the larger contaminant holding capacity. It has the characteristics of three-dimensional mesh, porous structure, high porosity, large surface area, uniform pore size distribution, etc. it can continuously maintain the filtering effect of the filter mesh. Because of the above structure and characteristics, stainless steel sintered felt can effectively make up for the weakness of metal mesh that is easy to be blocked and vulnerable, and can make up for the weakness of powder filter products that are fragile and have small flow. It has the characteristics of temperature resistance and pressure resistance that ordinary filter paper and filter cloth cannot match.  Technical parameters:

Note:

1. The measurement of filtration accuracy and capacity of receiving pollutants shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB / t18853-2002.

2. The bubble point pressure shall be measured according to the provisions of GB / t5249.

3. The air permeability shall be measured according to the provisions of GB / t5453, the pressure difference is 200Pa, and the medium is air.

4. The fracture strength shall be determined according to the provisions of GB / t228.
